INAUGURATION CEREMONY OF THE MULTI-CLINIC �HELLAS� IN STARI KRIM (UKRAINE)

SAE Vice-President- Coordinator for Europe, Mr. Angelo Aslanidis visited Hellenes of Azofika on October 6-9, 2004.
On October 7, Mr. Aslanidis inaugurated the multi-clinic �HELLAS� built by the contributions of Hellenes in Europe. The multi-clinic is cited at the Hellenic Municipality Stari Krim, of Noniesk Prefecture and covers a total area of 1350 square meters with a total number of 23 employees.
On October 8, Mr. Aslanidis visited the Hellenic villages of Sartanas, Malo Yianisol and Ourzouf, where he met with representatives of Hellenic Associations, attended events organized by students of the Greek language and co-funded the creation of Greek language courses.
Mr. Aslanidis also visited the Public University of Liberal Arts of Mariupol where he attended the ceremony where Professor Mr. Vasos Karagiorgis received an honorary Doctorate. Mr. Karagiorgis along with the Director of the University of Cyprus, Mr. Andreas Christofidis visited Mariupol in order to discuss future cooperation among the two institutions.
On October 9, Mr. Aslanidis met with the Greek Ambassador in Kiev, Mr. Panayiotis Goumas and the Coordinator for Education, Ms. Grammatoula Batziou.
Mr. Aslanidis was accompanied by his wife Anastasia, SAE Secretary Ms. Eleni Konstantinidou, the President of DHSY of Ammohostos, Mr. Tasos Yiapanis who adopted the school of the Hellenic village Malo Yianisol through contributions gathered by the organization�s members, the painter Mr. Petros Ptwxopoulos, the President of the Pan-Cypriot Cultural Association, Mr. Kostas Moulas and the President of OSKEME Switzerland, Mr. Dimitris Sarisavvas.
