The Australian Prime MinisterοΏ½s Office has confirmed in writing to SAE Oceania that it will not alter its policy in relation to FYROM.  The Australian Government will continue to use the name FYROM when dealing with, or referring to, this state.  Further, Australia encourages both parties to reach a mutually acceptable solution on the name issue.
