Greek Government Launches Phone Hotline to Serve Needs of Worldwide Omogenia
Chicago, 11/5/2005

Following the successful implementation of its KEP Citizens Service Centers, Greece�s Interior Ministry has undertaken a pilot program to expand the concept, offering Hellenes living outside Greece a way to cut through bureaucratic �red-tape� 14 hours a day.  ��� V.P. Chris P. Tomaras congratulates the Government on the program, saying, �This is a giant step forward for the omogenia worldwide, and I encourage the Government to do whatever is necessary not only to enhance this pilot program and make it permanent, but eventually have it available to Hellenes worldwide over the internet as well.�
