The Board of the World Council of Hellenes Abroad (SAE) will hold its regular meeting on May 4-6, 2006 at the SAE Thessaloniki Offices.
On May 4 the members of the Board will meet with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Theodoros Kassimis to discuss issues regarding SAE�s Enabling Law and the organizing of the World and Regional Conventions.
On the next day, SAE Board will meet with the members of the Presidium of the Special Permanent Committee of the Parliament for Issues of Hellenism Abroad, Mr. Evgenios Haitidis, President, Mr. Grigoris Niotis, A� Vice-President, Mr. Nikolaos Gatzis, B� Vice-President and Mr. Nikolaos Konstantopoulos, Secretary.
On the last day, the Board will have a series of meetings with the Minister of Macedonia-Thrace, Mr. Georgios Kalantzis, the Prefect of Thessaloniki, Mr. Panayiotis Psomiadis and the Mayor of Thessaloniki, Mr. Vasilis Papageorgopoulos.
Within the three days of meetings, SAE Vice-Presidents, Regional Coordinators will present each Region�s Activities and Proposals, while the Foundation of Hellenes Abroad will hold a separate meeting.
