The President of the World Council of Hellenes Abroad, Mr. Andrew A. Athens sent the following letter of congratulations to the new Pope & Patriarch of Alexandria and all Africa, Mr. Theodoros who was unanimously elected by the Holy Synod of the Patriarchate on October 9, 2004.
